Installation techniques

We use GAF, IKO and BP brand shingles. Manufactured from a base of fiberglass, they are more resistant to heat and also more cost-effective. Depending on the slope grade and the fascia, we will be able to determine what kind of film-surfaced leak barrier should be applied.

Synthetic undercoats that breathes are also necessary to better protect your shingles and roofing framework against water infiltration. Each shingle is nailed with 6 nails to best withstand high winds.
